These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CrystalFace app (“App,” “Service”). By using CrystalFace, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
- CrystalFace is available worldwide for entertainment purposes.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with local laws and regulations.
- If local rules require a minimum age, you must meet that requirement to use the App.
- If you are under the age required by your country’s laws to use online services without parental consent, please use the App only with a parent or guardian.
2. Disclaimers
- CrystalFace is provided “as is” and “as available.”
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free results.
- Face-swapping results may vary and should be used responsibly.
- We are not responsible for misuse of the App by users, including illegal or harmful activities.
3. User Content & Ownership
- You retain all rights to the photos and videos you upload.
- We do not claim ownership over your content.
- By uploading content, you grant CrystalFace AI a temporary, limited license to process your photos/videos solely for applying the face-swapping and face-enhancement features.
- All uploads are automatically deleted within 24 hours.
4. App Features & Availability
- CrystalFace is free to use and supported by ads. Optional subscriptions are also offered.
- We reserve the right to modify features, show ads, or offer premium services.
- The App will remain available unless we are required to suspend or discontinue it.
5. Account Deletion
- Since CrystalFace does not permanently store user profiles or uploaded media, most data is automatically deleted within 24 hours.

6. Permitted Use
You may use CrystalFace for personal and entertainment purposes. You must not:
- Use the App for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
- Harass, impersonate, or defame other people.
- Use faces of people without consent.
- Create offensive or inappropriate content.
7. Termination
- Accounts or usage may only be suspended or terminated if required by law enforcement or legal authorities.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrystalFace AI and its developers shall not be liable for:
- Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
- Any misuse of the App by users.
- Any unauthorized access, loss, or deletion of user content.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be communicated via a popup inside the App.
